A MacBook and a suitcase

Supporter terms

The short version: you’re supporting an independent experiment by Tân Pham, not buying anything from Slush. The rest is below in plain language. We confirm the specifics for each supporter in a short written agreement before anything is invoiced.

01

Who’s behind this

Who’s behind this

This is an independent experiment by Tân Pham (PHAM. Creative, Amsterdam), in a personal capacity alongside his volunteer role at Slush 2026.

It is not run, sold, endorsed or approved as a sponsorship product by Slush.

02

What your contribution supports

What your contribution supports

Practical Helsinki costs for Tân and his four-person volunteer crew: travel, accommodation, local transport and practical Slush Week expenses.

If we raise more than our goal, we’ll say how the extra is allocated before accepting or using it.

03

What you get

What you get

Whatever we agree in writing, usually a mix of: a sticker on the MacBook, the suitcase or both; your logo on the campaign page plus a thank-you in our launch and wrap-up posts; and a few small pieces of content about the experiment (sticker going on, departure and arrival, the recap).

04

What you don’t get

What you don’t get

No official Slush partnership, visibility, booth, attendee access or attendee data. No guaranteed impressions, reach, views or CPM. No placement inside official Slush content.

Volunteers don’t make anything for supporters. Campaign content is made by Tân, outside volunteer assignments.

05

Stickers and venue rules

Stickers and venue rules

Stickers go on our personal belongings and follow Slush and venue rules. If an object or sticker can’t be shown somewhere, including inside the venue, it stays covered or at home there. You’re still part of the campaign and the rest of our agreement still applies.

We’ll share the sticker size and format. Stickers stay on through the trip and Slush Week (16–21 November 2026). What happens after that, we agree with you.

06

Content

Content

We may photograph and film the objects with your sticker for campaign content, and you’re welcome to share that content once it’s published. We won’t use your name or logo outside this campaign without asking first.

07

Payment

Payment

Contributions come with something in return, so they’re sponsorship, not donations. PHAM. Creative sends an invoice (with VAT where applicable) once we’ve agreed the details, payable within 14 days.

08

Choosing supporters

Choosing supporters

We’re keeping this to a handful of companies that fit the experiment. We may decline any request, including for direct conflicts with Slush partners or brands that don’t fit.

09

If plans change

If plans change

If the trip doesn’t happen at all, we refund your contribution in full. If a specific placement can’t happen, we’ll offer another placement or a partial refund, whichever you prefer.

10

Your logo

Your logo

You confirm you have the right to let us use the logo and artwork you send. You can ask us to remove your logo from the campaign page at any time.

11

Your details

Your details

Anything you send through the form or by email is only used to reply to you and run the campaign. We don’t share it. Want it deleted? Email info@phamcreative.nl.
