Welke gegevens wij verwerken | What we process
Contactformulier: naam, e-mailadres, de gekozen dienst of het gekozen pakket, en de omschrijving die je zelf invult. Deze gegevens komen binnen via het formulier op de site en worden per e-mail aan ons bezorgd.
Contact form: your name, email address, the service or package you select, and the description you write yourself. These reach us by email through the form on the site.
E-mail en telefoon: als je ons rechtstreeks mailt op info@phamcreative.nl of belt, verwerken wij de gegevens die je in dat bericht deelt.
Email and phone: if you write to info@phamcreative.nl or call us directly, we process whatever you share in that message.
Afspraken: boek je een gesprek, dan verloopt dat via Cal.com. Zij verwerken je naam, e-mailadres en gekozen tijdstip.
Scheduling: if you book a call, it runs through Cal.com. They process your name, email address and chosen time slot.
Websitegebruik: welke pagina’s je bekijkt, hoe lang je op een sectie blijft, waarop je klikt, en algemene gegevens zoals apparaattype, browser, taal en land. Zie artikel 02.
Site usage: which pages you view, how long you stay in a section, what you click, and general details such as device type, browser, language and country. See article 02.

Cookies en lokale opslag | Cookies and local storage
Noodzakelijk — pham_consent: slaat jouw cookiekeuze op in de lokale opslag van je browser, zodat we die keuze niet elk bezoek opnieuw vragen. Wordt altijd geplaatst en bevat geen persoonsgegevens.
Necessary — pham_consent: stores your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask again on every visit. Always set, contains no personal data.
Analytisch — Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_8W3H2C2MJH): meet welke pagina’s worden gelezen en welke knoppen worden gebruikt. Deze cookies worden pas geplaatst nadat je daarvoor toestemming hebt gegeven. Zonder toestemming blijft Google Consent Mode op geweigerd staan.
Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_8W3H2C2MJH): measures which pages are read and which buttons are used. These cookies are only set after you give consent. Without consent, Google Consent Mode remains set to denied.
Analytisch — Framer Analytics: onze hostingpartij meet bezoekersaantallen op geaggregeerd niveau. Hiervoor worden geen cookies op je apparaat geplaatst.
Analytics — Framer Analytics: our hosting provider measures visitor numbers at an aggregate level. No cookies are placed on your device for this.
Bezoekersherkenning — Apollo: plaatst apolloAnonId en bijbehorende sleutels in de lokale opslag en probeert te herleiden van welk bedrijf een bezoek afkomstig is. Wij gebruiken dit voor zakelijke opvolging.
Visitor identification — Apollo: writes apolloAnonId and related keys to local storage and attempts to infer which company a visit comes from. We use this for business follow-up.

Derden | Third parties
Framer (hosting, formulieren en analytics), Google (Analytics en Fonts), Apollo (bezoekersherkenning), Cal.com (afspraken) en YouTube (video’s op de videografiepagina). Wanneer een YouTube-video wordt geladen, kan YouTube gegevens over dat bezoek verwerken.
Framer (hosting, forms and analytics), Google (Analytics and Fonts), Apollo (visitor identification), Cal.com (scheduling) and YouTube (videos on the videography page). When a YouTube video loads, YouTube may process data about that visit.
Een deel van deze partijen is gevestigd buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte. Doorgifte vindt plaats op basis van de standaardcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie of een geldig adequaatheidsbesluit.
Some of these parties are based outside the European Economic Area. Transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or a valid adequacy decision.

Grondslag en doel | Legal basis and purpose
Uitvoering van een overeenkomst of maatregelen voorafgaand daaraan: het beantwoorden van je aanvraag, het uitbrengen van een offerte en het uitvoeren van de opdracht.
Performance of a contract or steps prior to it: answering your enquiry, issuing a quote and carrying out the assignment.
Toestemming: het plaatsen van analytische cookies. Je kunt die toestemming op elk moment intrekken.
Consent: the placing of analytics cookies. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
Gerechtvaardigd belang: het beveiligen van de website en het opvolgen van zakelijke interesse.
Legitimate interest: securing the website and following up on business interest.
Wettelijke verplichting: het bewaren van factuur- en administratiegegevens.
Legal obligation: retaining invoicing and accounting records.

Bewaartermijn | Retention
Aanvragen die niet tot een opdracht leiden bewaren wij maximaal 12 maanden. Gegevens rond een uitgevoerde opdracht bewaren wij zolang de samenwerking loopt en daarna conform de wettelijke bewaarplicht van 7 jaar voor administratie.
Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Data relating to a completed assignment is kept for the duration of the engagement and thereafter in line with the statutory 7-year retention requirement for accounting records.
Analytische gegevens in Google Analytics worden bewaard conform de ingestelde bewaartermijn van die dienst. Framer Analytics bewaart gegevens 30 dagen.
Analytics data in Google Analytics is retained according to that service’s configured retention period. Framer Analytics retains data for 30 days.

Jouw rechten | Your rights
Je hebt recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking van de verwerking, bezwaar en overdraagbaarheid van je gegevens. Stuur je verzoek naar info@phamcreative.nl. Wij reageren binnen 30 dagen.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Send your request to info@phamcreative.nl. We respond within 30 days.
Heb je toestemming gegeven voor analytische cookies, dan kun je die op elk moment intrekken zonder dat dit gevolgen heeft voor de rechtmatigheid van de verwerking daarvóór.
