What does "everything planned in advance" mean?
Before we arrive, we build a shot plan with you — stand layout, key moments, speaker schedule, anything specific you need covered. On the day, we execute the plan and stay out of your way. You don't manage us on-site.
Can you cover a multi-day event?
Yes, The crew and on-site editor run every day of the show, with daily recap reels and one campaign package at the end.
How much of our time does this take?
Almost none. One 30-minute call to scope it, then you show up. We plan the shots, work independently on the day, and deliver. No briefing us on-site, no chasing edits, no uploading.
Do you work outside the Netherlands?
Yes. We cover events across Europe. Travel and accommodation are included transparently in the quote — no surprises after the fact.
