THE CHALLENGE
A conference of this scale creates more content opportunities than a single team can realistically capture. The challenge was not simply to document what happened. It was to capture the event as it was happening: the people behind it the energy between sessions the speakers and key moments the details that make the event feel alive All while working as effective team
APPROACH
A small-scale B2B conference is never just one thing happening in one room. There are keynote stages, conversations between sessions, customer stories, networking, brand moments and the small interactions that give the event its energy. For Zycus Horizon EU in Vienna, PHAM. Creative joined forces with BEARR to create a complete visual content operation on-site. BEARR handled video production. PHAM. handled photography. Together, we created a unified visual record of the conference that felt premium, immediate and usable across channels.
