THE CHALLENGE

Renewable infrastructure is hard to photograph well — it is large, technical, and largely static. At Welkoop's logistics warehouse in Apeldoorn, the challenge was to make a battery storage and rooftop solar installation read as something engineered and deliberate, rather than as equipment on a roof.

APPROACH

For Sunrock, we documented the new battery storage and solar installation at Welkoop’s logistics warehouse in Apeldoorn through photography that showcases the infrastructure behind large-scale renewable energy solutions.
