What does "everything planned in advance" mean?
Before we arrive, we build a shot plan with you: stand layout, key moments, speaker schedule, anything specific you need covered. On the day, we execute the plan and stay out of your way. You don't manage us on-site.
Can you cover a multi-day event?
Yes. Each extra show day with the same crew costs 80% of the day-one price, and you get a first selection at the end of every day.
How much of our time does this take?
Almost none. One 30-minute call to scope it, then you show up. We plan the shots, work independently on the day, and deliver. No briefing us on-site, no chasing edits, no uploading.
Do you work outside the Netherlands?
Yes. We cover events across Europe. Travel and accommodation are included transparently in the quote, no surprises after the fact.
When do we receive the files?
On Essential and Full Production, 15 hero shots go live while the floor runs. On every package you get 20 to 30 images within 24 hours and the full gallery within 72 hours. Video arrives as a first cut within 5 business days, followed by two rounds of revisions.
Who owns the content?
Every package includes full usage rights: unlimited use on your own channels, with no end date. Paid advertising and resale to third parties are agreed per job.
